Since 2010 Hatred LED boards are standard with Alien guns. We offer Tadao or Vitue OLED boards for those that want them, however OLED boards come with the manufacturer's warrenty "only". We do not service or warrenty Tadao or Virtue boards.
It has been our experience that Tadao has charged significant fees when players have had problems with Tadao boards, while Virtue has a "Lifetime" warrenty. Please check with the respective companies for the terms of their warrenties.
Since mid 2008 Alien uses the SMC Solenoid
It is always best to call the shop on repairs or parts as shipping charges and returning of parts can prove frustrating!
